Hi, I’m Cheri
I completed my own spousal immigration journey without an attorney by learning the process step by step. I know what it feels like to wait, to worry, and to question every detail. My husband’s I-130 petition was approved by USCIS in just 4 months, but the total process took 16 months because the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic was closed for a year.
Now, I help U.S. citizens and their families move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. I provide guidance that is friendly, step-by-step, and easy to understand without confusing legal jargon.
I’m bilingual, with Spanish as my second language, so I can support clients in both English and Spanish throughout the immigration process. My husband and I have been married since March 13, 2020, and I understand firsthand the emotional journey of building a life together while navigating immigration.
